This is Tamiya Tire Coating Fluid.

Feature:

• This coating is for use on car and bike model tires - static, R/C or even Mini 4WD!

• It is a water-based fluid that spreads well and can be easily wiped off.

• Shake the bottle, put a few drops on a cloth and then apply onto the tires for a glossy finish.

• It can also be used to on tires that have whitened, to return them to a more lustrous state
